1. What are your operating hours?
Our regular operating hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. However, to better serve you, we also have branches that are open as early as 7:00 am and branches that close as late as 10:00 pm. We also have branches that are open 24 hours. You may check the schedule of the branch near you in our branch locator.
2. Why do I have to present a valid ID when I transact with Cebuana?
Clients who engage in a financial transaction with insititutions covered under Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations for the first time shall be required to present the original valid identification document issued by an official authority as part of compliance with BSP policy of knowing our clients to ensure the safety and integrity of your transaction.
3. What is the 24K Cebuana Card?
The 24K Cebuana Card is a loyalty rewards program that enables you to earn points for every payment of our service fees. For every P20 spent on any of our service fees, you earn 1 point. Each point is worth P1 when you convert them to cover other service fees such as interest charges or use them to purchase items from our partner establishments.
